Governance
Since its establishment, the CIAL Consortium has always revealed and sought a fundamental structure for the development of its activities and the achievement of its goals in its governance and management.
The Board of Directors and the Supervisory Body are convinced that good governance is an essential factor in guaranteeing the maximum efficiency and effectiveness of the consortium’s action and in achieving the results identified in Legislative Decree no. 152 of 3 April 2006, which provided for and regulated the national packaging and packaging waste management system.
With the key objective of ensuring the growth and development of the consortium’s activities and the creation of sustainable value through responsible and long-term management, CIAL has adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/01 aimed at preventing the commission of the offences envisaged in the decree and ensuring appropriate measures for ensuring that its work is carried out in compliance with the law, discovering and promptly eliminating any risks.
In this way, CIAL wishes to maintain and further strengthen trust, participation and sharing of intent and objectives with its employees, member companies, territorial representatives, operators in the sector and the general public.
The Consortium has also adopted a Code of Ethics that sets out the values on which the conduct of all those at various levels of responsibility must be based.
